A series of photographs of shadows resonates with the inner poems of the dreaming author. Still photographs of shadows were recorded at the moment of transition from day to night. Berlin, the city, serves as a medium and the light qualities of the transition from day to night as a spirit. Consciousness passes into unconsciousness and dreamlike, poetic visions, imaginations, desires, wishes and fascination with life arise. The static entity of photos allows for perfect focus, contemplation and focus on one's innermost soul. By combining the static and dynamic principles of one's own mind.
